Original signed documents are required by China CCC

From now on, devices seeking for China CCC approval test, the related signed application forms with test sample are required to be delivered to the test labs together. The related application forms include CCC application form, agreement and Power of Authority of CCC certification. Applicants in China, Macau, Hong Kong and Taiwan need to provide above documents with company stamp on them; and for other foreign companies, signature will be enough.
